As the title says, where is everyone getting their seeds for the conservatory in 9.1? In 9.0, it felt easy enough to keep up with the planting demand by doing callings, maw dailies, and an occasional mission table.
Many of those sources no longer provide a guaranteed seed – most notably the maw dailies.
Suggestions appreciated. 
I’d like to know that too. I almost stopped doing the Conservatory in 9.1 because I can’t get more than 3 or so seeds a week.

Never got seeds from any quests. You have to buy them in the conservatory.
The enhancement items (that you get from seeds) seem to drop from all the conduit and mushroom quests so I never need seeds.
Though to be honest, I don’t know where the souls come from. Random rewards from quests I guess. I never keep track. I just know that when I go to tend the conservatory every Tuesday, that I have enough to fill it out.
I know the conservatory can be done more often but I simply don’t have that much enthusiasm.
I will admit now that the Maw quest are not handing them out, I am beginning to run low on them. I now target them with the mission table and if I don’t have the one I need for the “plant this type of seed” weekly, I pick it from the collect 1k anima garden weekly.
I’ve been getting them from Korthia rares/treasures, mission table, and once per week collect 1000 anima for choice of soul. Usually get enough every 3 days to keep garden mostly if not all full.
Guess I need to play more attention to the rares and treasures
Usually don’t notice until it’s time to sell junk, “Oh, there’s a soul that has to stay in my bag until I have a free plot in 2 days.” 
Turns out Ve’nari still gives the seeds. The Perdition Hold quest gave me 2. The quest box just doesn’t list it anymore.
