Hey Blizzard… its been 3-4 days for the quest “The Problem with Containing a Death Loa” which is in Nazmir. The mob “Zel’han the Summoner” is bugged for everyone. We cannot further the covenant campaign, and people are stuck here because of this. THREE DAYS BLIZZARD - fix this ASAP please. Cannot open the third soulbind because of this.
Have you posted in the customer service section or searched there for similar posts?
They may not be able to give you a solution, but customer service reps are definitely more likely to see it there
There was another thread about this with some ways to try to fix it. Let me see if I can find it.
