Blizz added the other unavailable mage robes to the starter gear vendor, but not the night elven one, which is my favorite one.

I vaguely remember there being roaming vendor in the dungeon you save thrall from. That vendor sells grey item similar to that.
That one is good, and there aren’t many like it.
Was gonna ask if it works when you just create a new night elf but then i remember they changed all the starting gear.
There’s a short sleeve version that’s a green i think. Sorcerer’s Robe
