I was looking around Bel’Ameth to see what it loks like and noticed all the transmogs items.
A quick circle of the island got 10 items but wowhead reported that there should be 11.
/way #2239 29 28.8 Night Elven Bow is missing. Went to the location and spent 15 mins waiting and it didn’t spawn.
i dont see it either
Same, I’m at those coordinates but I do not see the bow.
Update: I logged into a different character and the bow was there.
I’ve checked on 5 different characters and can’t loot it. A friend just looted it on stream and it was the first time she’s even been to the zone.
EDIT: Checked on a Horde character and it’s there. Seems to be faction related, as I saw a Wowhead commenter say they only saw it on Alliance and none of their Horde toons.
Its still bugged for me too. I watch so many people go by me to pick it up and get it only for me to not see it even though i know its there 
Checked on 3 alliance toons and 1 horde toon, wasn’t there on any of then. So definitely not faction related.
Had you done the ED campaign on at least one character of both factions? The other thing people mentioned was that the faction they looted the bow on isn’t one they play very often. My Horde priest hadn’t touched the campaign at all.
