[Night Elf Thread] Don't tell me to wait and see ever again

I’m going to assume that you haven’t played this expansion AT ALL… at the very least not the Ardenweald campaign and have stubbornly ignored every thing that other NPC’s have said directly referring to the Burning as well as the “Terror of Darkshore” cinematic and the associated warfront.

That’s the only way that such a statement can be justified.

Yea they made us free a handful of night elf souls to make it seem like things were addressed (they weren’t) while actually letting the overwhelming majority be obliterated… and now we’re forgiving Sylvanas suddenly

That fate was befalling the majority of ALL souls, not just Night Elves. In contrast to your statement, Night Elf souls are the only ones visibly redeemed and given new purpose in Ardenweald. The others are just going into covenant soul wells.

a purpose by elune, not by the wq…the wq would .take them in her “covenant soul well” …^^

A handful of them. The troll souls were all saved. And the Night Elves were the only race whose (almost) entire population was in the maw and needed to be saved to have a future for the race.
They went with the obliteration instead.

I’m working on it. Life keeps getting in the way.

It’s taken years to get to this point it will likely take years to fix it. They should start with an apology (heartfelt would be preferable but an honest one is necessary) for not delivering on the expectations of their customers. From there the actions would need to start and they would need to be honest, clear, and often to address the concerns and interests of their customers from a story and gameplay standpoint. The odds of this actually happening; don’t ask.

As for the OP Kyalin I have nothing to say beyond I am sorry.

In an mmo, you´re options to tell a story ingame is limited in terms of Time.

So in other words, i think we have to wait and see…again…

She can tell us as much as she wants when there’s no hope for the Night Elves in any aspect now.

They did confirm teldrassil is never going to get the resolution people were expecting and all those NE souls died for nothing, all because blizz wanted their precious waifu redeemed. :wolf:

And because they wanted to remove the Night Elves from the setting entirely.
Now with their home gone and their souls obliterated, they can also do a world revamp without Night Elves

Not to be that guy but given the means of storytelling they use and we have…we HAVE to wait and see, whether we want to or not, for every plot ever.

If you don’t like it, unsubbing is the most powerful statement you can make.

In regards to the Night Elves, it’s more than over.

Getting justice against Sylvanas was the last hope of atleast getting something, when the Night Elves have no future anyway.

Again… you can reject it, but this is the premise. The story telling is episodic and takes months.

The night elves are irrelevant here, EVERY plot line forces you to “wait and see” in WoW.

The problem is much bigger than just the night elves.

And they still can you just have to “wait and see” because whether you like it or not that’s how they tell their story. You have no choice, neither do I.

The Night elves are the only race STILL getting crapped on. Can people just stop dismissing that? :wolf:

Yea, but after 4 years of them continuously sweeping it under the rug and telling us that we got our resolution / revenge despite not getting anything, it’s over.

And now the eradication of the Night Elves and everything they had is being glorified.

No theyre not Micah.

And ik, its frustrating but you’re forced to participate if you want to engage with their story.

Yes…yes they are and I’m not even a NE fan. Their fans got nothing that was promised to them. Don’t have like it or accept it, but it’s still true :wolf:
