And the rest of them care about the story as much if not more than we do

I’m as much Horde as someone like Erevien, and that’s sad.
Which is why I can’t enjoy night elves much anymore, the association.
Regardless, it is the people who care about the story that do this and we have to condemn them.
Until we see them in game as Night Elf controlled territory it will remain as Hord Land.

This was my criticism at the beginning of all this nonsense. That when the writers “cool story arch” is over, the lore implications will still be left in their wake.

Association with Nelf fans of Blizzard as a whole? Because I’ll say Nelf fans are usually way more chill and level headed than any other community in WoW.
The problem is that Blizzard gives as a lot of reasons to be upset, and it shows with how much the numbers have dwindled for Nelf RPers in particular.

Regarding zones, lets just wait for Kalimdor journey book.
I know that book will be about the Horde and the Horde lands, but I think there will be some 1-2 lines of text telling about Night Elves lands.

Its exist plenty of extremist hordeplayer aswell where wanted sylvanas gone, plenty of sylvanas loyalists hate this split soul thing aswell. In other words: its a shame to frame the nightelf com as the weirdo one without knowledge of the real background of this people and on top of this.

A few nightelf are over the top(i mean you ethe), but the most are pretty normal and when the day come in which a horderace get this threatment, you will whine too, loud, long! So stop be a hypocrit.

Other poster is right. I remember the big contest about those two motorcycles and the Horde cycle won by over a 2 to 1 margin.
Also the top raiding guilds are exclusively Horde because at the high mythic levels…the Horde racials win out for raiding.
Kyalin likes to claim Horde is more popular because of some lore reason, or because the Alliance, particularly Nelves, are portrayed as weak.
I am willing to bet both my ears that it has nothing to do with lore, I think most of us are. Most top raiding guilds are Horde because racials or whatever, people who want to be top raider guilds follow them and everyone else just look at server populations and go “well I have to go Horde, I guess”.
When it comes to Lore, RP servers tend to sway over the Alliance side almost across the board. And those who choose Horde, still play like… elves. Horde RP is full of elves. But I figure that’s because a lot of RPrs (at least on AD EU) like to chill around in a hub and pretend they are playing Second Life and that is significantly easier to do on a Human character than on a Troll.
