Night Elf Plate Class

I like playing night elves and wanted to know if anyone is playing a Night Elf plate class. I see that they can play Warrior or Death Knight. In your experience, which one is the better class for Night Elves?

I’m enjoying warrior, but I’ve also got a DK too.
On the whole, I stick here more, as I like warrior tanking and 2x2H when I want to DPS.

Night Elf DK here :grin:

Both would probably work fine, though DK is best (imo)

My original warrior in Vanilla was a NELF warrior.

For retail though, I would say either is fine. The NE DKs do have some great hair colors though.

As far as NE Warriors go, which DPS spec would be best for WQ/Solo?

Both are good for dps because shadow meld gives you an aggro dump.
My DK is a night Elf.
My warrior is an orc.

Well Holinka said that they want to get to a place where class is no longer restricted by races. He also specifically mentioned Shamans and Paladins could take longer to implement due to lore (like any more matters after the massive Zovall retcon).

I fell your pain though; I main Paladins also and really want to make a NighBorne Paladin.

I enjoy my nightborne animations. I say go warrior. The flip is really missed in nightborne though.

Lol. My Warr is a nelf and my DK is an orc.

I have a nelf bdk and I swap between nighthold tier mog (arthas vibes) and Nightfae plate set (thicc + very thematic)

If you’re going more for rp then warrior might be better unless you have some emo back story :stuck_out_tongue: nelf dk is kinda sad thinking about

I still hold that any race with warrior and priest open to it should be able to get paladins. I’m mad about not having Vulpera Paladins Or Pandadins.

Every race is getting priest in DF, and every race already has warrior, so that means every race should also have paladin.

Well hopefully, Holinka keeps his word and they will add more combos before DF ends.
