What would you like to see for options for our tree hugging elf friends?
For me I can only really think of silver and gold eye color for male and female. Maybe more than those two.
Eyebrows for males without beards.
Maybe some highborne style customization
Mostly this. Malfurion also has green eyes and they’re often depicted with blue eyes as well, if we were to get more eye colors. Also black hair, and maybe even antlers?

A lot of what Night Elves could probably hope for in regards to customization went to NB so… Other than the eyes I don’t honestly see what they could add to them that is equivalent to like wildhammer.

I would like shorter hair and beard options on males. Braids for males. More glutes option for all males ingame.
For the male night elves:
Void elf facial hair options
The option to have eyebrows while clean shaven
Leave the no eyebrows option for those that might prefer it for now (no eyebrows of steel to poke through helms)
Ear customization.
More hair styles. Body tattoos. Antlers. Leaves in hair (like concept art.) Silvery jewelry. I’m sure much more creative people can come up with more…but I’d so love leafy hair.
I want more faces options.
More hairstyles and colors.
More skin tones.
Glowing tattoos.

Black hair, most of all. The night elf waaay back in the vanilla cinematic had it, and we still can’t.
I, for one, would love long, animated hairdos, for Female Night Elves. Take a couple of hairdos from Void Elves and Blood Elves, and put them on the Female Night Elves.
For Night Elf Druids, in place of Moonkin form, you’d have a Dryad/Keeper of the Grove form, depending on your character’s gender. Males would get the Keeper of the Grove skin and Females get the Dryad skin.
Better eyebrow and beard options that dont make me look like a crazy anime character
Would love the option for various sizes and styles of antlers on my nelf
I’d like a tattoo in the shape of a mailbox 
Fixed night elf neck, Better male stance and running animation, facial tattoos like the females.

Didn’t the Highborne from Shen’dralar joined them in Cata? Give them Highborne customization then. Also, update the male models, they are horrific and disproportional.
Also give males smaller arms, they should not be big as their legs and waist lol.
Silver glowing (moonlit) tattoos.
Amber eyes for women, silver eyes for men.
Antler/horn options for druids.
Black hair. It exists. On characters. In the game. Why don’t we have it?
New hairstyles with animated elements.
That’s my wishlist 
You’ve got me sold on this. Don’t limit leaves by class though. It’s not a physiological change like druidic antlers or anything.
