Night Elf Antlers

Are Malfurion and Broll the only Night Elves that possess antlers?

Can other night elves get them or is it for druids only?

Druids only, the animalistic growths are a side effect of how much nature energy a Druid has mastered, becoming one with nature to such a degree that they take on the features of the animals they are connected to, thus why Malfurion is a walking zoo (as the first and Arch Druid he is most connected to the natural world).

Broll is the only known Night Elf who was born with them.

The antlers are just clip-ons they picked up at Treemart. Malfurion did it as a joke at first, but everyone thought it was real because druid and complimented him on it.

And now way too much time has passed so he can’t just take them off and embarrass himself like that.

Humans can have antlers too

Interesting fact, scientists transplanted antler roots on a mouse and they continued to grow.

Antlers seem specifically tied less to Druidism in general so much as Cenarion connection. Powerful Troll Druids (or Loa Priests) do not get them necessarily, because they follow a different Druidic path, the same can be same for the Thornweavers. The Highmountain all have antlers due to a blessing of Cenarius placed on Huln Highmountain during the War of the Ancients, for example.

Of course anyone can mog antlers if they have the right armor type or can equip them, but lorewise it does seem to be a specific link to Cenarius’ favor as opposed to just raw Druidic power.

Currently there are three paths for Druidism, or what fall into that Category: Gonkian, Cenarion, and Drust. Only Cenarion Druids, ergo Tauren, Night Elves, and Worgen, would logically have the potential for antlers if they gained enough mastery.
