After a six month hiatus, we were happy to see all of our members return for our first event back!
The Shella’dralar Sentinels were deployed to the Thousand Needles to investigate rumors of Death’s Head quillboar infesting the twisting thorns of Razorfen Kraul. The initial scouting party brought back worrying findings: sacrifices, Scourge idols, and… eyeless quillboar. How interesting.

Another event down! Do not relent.
The peaceful silence of an evening in the Southern Barrens was shattered by the sounds of a skirmish. The Shalla’dralar set an ambush for a small group of Death’s Head quillboar seeking out sacrifices to their foul prophet. The Sentinels were successful, taking down a fair number of the beasts. Sentinel Caelidar even managed to tame a new pet boar!
Interrogation of one of the surviving quillboar only served to confirm the fears of the Cenarion Cricles: the Death’s Head cultists were alive and well. Further… Population control may be required to resolve the issue.

Sentinel-Commander Marevra Nightwhisper - Commander Marevra Nightwhisper led the Alliance forces to stand against the impending undead horde at the battle of the Crystal Vice, knowing well that the undead’s numbers far outnumbered her own. Suffering heavy losses, Nightwhisper held fast and persevered, allowing the coalition to advance in its campaign. For her leadership, Commander Nightwhisper shall be awarded the Darnassus and Grand Alliance Commendations for Leadership and the Mantle of Darnassus.
Sentinel-Lieutenant Thaelena Rainstrider - For her leadership of Darnassian military forces during the Northrend campaign and aid in launching invaluable scouting efforts in support of Alliance efforts in the war against the Scourge particularly leading up to the Battle of the Crystal Vice, Thaelena Rainstrider is awarded Darnassus Badge of Leadership.
Sentinel Caelidar Valestrider - For heroic actions and unwavering resolve against the forces of the Shattered Sky, Caelidar Valestrider is awarded the Darnassus War Horn.
Sentinel Melidana Ironbark - Serving for the duration of the Northrend Campaign as a relentless combatant against the forces of the Shattered Sky, proving her worth again and again on the field of battle, Melidana Ironbark is awarded the Grand Alliance Campaign Service Medal, Darnassus War Horn, and Darnassian Veteran’s Pendant.

Another day, another event.
With the setting of the sun, the Razorfen would become a sudden battlefield as the Shalla’dralar fought through to the current Death Speaker. The Sentinels were able to be rid of many future annoyances and successfully eliminated one of the key leaders of the Death’s Head. Additionally, several three prisoners were taken, a thornweaver, and two members of the Cult of the Damned.

Our first campaign back has come to a close! Thanks to Thaelena for DMing!
The final push upon the Razorfen would be met with an unnatural winter and sparse fighting. The confrontation with the fallen Prophet of Agamaggan was quick and ended their foul ritual. Though more interestingly, the source of the unnatural winter was found and also confronted. An empowered Death Knight was slain and the presumed source of the quilboar’s recent madness would be quelled.

Our next campaign starts today!
Mount Hyjal, the last great bastion of Kaldorei society. It has long stood as a sanctuary for the Wild Gods, withstanding the sieges of the Legion and Deathwing, Now, it acts as a refuge for our people, fleeing from the burning of Teldrassil. Still dangers loom among Hyjal’s ancient peaks, threatening the new home of our people.
