The Nexus Time Walking dungeon has some scaling bugs. The treant trash mobs are one shotting players. Also last boss damage is way off scale. Other mobs and bosses seem to be unaffected.
Heard from another player that Halls of Lightning also has bugged scaling.

i can back you up. was just about to make a post regarding this. as well as Nexus trash, the trash in Forge of Souls is acting weird as well. most noticeably the first 3 - 5 pulls have some very bad aoe. Halls of Lightning seemed fine tho, it’s always been a “respect the mechanics” dungeon (trash in that big room after lightning boss is a good example). the elementals going from 1st - 2nd boss seemed a little different but i chalked it up to the typical mechanic disregard on the players’ part. questioning that now.
saying this from a healer’s perspective. a lot of these trash scaling bugs aren’t “git gud/lern ur toolkit” issues, unless we’re supposed to keep the trash CC at 100% uptime. we’re fine, one mob does one uninterruptible thing, and i’m group triage healing. since it’s only in very specific spots, it def feels like specific mobs/abilities are bugged.

Agreed. Another issue is the cast bar of a lot of the interruptible spells enemy mobs are cast complete ridiculously fast, faster than a human can mash a keyboard button. I only managed to survive that room after Ionar twice because hammered my interrupt every time it came off cooldown.
A related issue is that I could not keep threat while playing my guardian druid, nothing I could do in several runs of Forge of Souls would keep threat on my tank. While on another run of FoS with my WW monk, I had to switch to Brewmaster after the third full party wipe just to get us to the end boss. Even before I made the switch the druid tank was accusing me of stealing threat. So after that 3rd, yeah, I did, he didn’t thank me, but the rest of the party did.
