If you get vote kicked you get a deserter debuff as well I thought
You mean the DPS? The one who most likely will kick a tank if they dont pull fast enough, or kick a healer because the tank pulled fast enough but the healer cant keep up which is why the tank did not pull that fast?

Would you consider if a 4 que team plays 10 games and kicking 6 out of 10 game a player.
Would that fall under sus behaviour ?

Since there is no way to abuse the vote kick system as it is intended to be used for any reason at all that the rest of the group desires, there won’t be any type of fix or this would have been addressed many years ago.
Itll be fun to do it for 0 reason on a random player and watch everyone click yes automatically

A year or two back a forum regular - quite the elitist - said they would often team up with 3 friends and queue for a random just to kick the 5th player the system gave them. That it was just sooo much fun doing this to the riffraff, they would do it for hours. The thread appeared about 4am. It rapidly blew up and was gone in an hour or two, even at that wee hour of the morning. The poster was gone for a month. Coincidence? Maybe.

No. You are definitely not that poster.
It seemed like you were planning on doing that.
Humor is in the eye of some. Others may not agree something is humorous. And realistically, sometimes “it was just a joke, honest!” is used as an out by some.
I just have a dry sense of humor. I’m not one to waste peoples time for no reason.

Vote kick is being abused and we are seeing more and more of it.

If you vote to kick people too often then the problem is probably with you.
There could be a cooldown before you can vote to kick again and something more that eventually increase this cooldown if vote kicks are used too often. The vote kick function should be for occasional use only.
And this would be for voting to kick, regardless of outcome of the vote.

It would be, if you weren’t equally able to queue with people the same.
Given the quality of your posts, however, it’s not altogether surprising that you have an issue with being regularly votekicked.
How fortunate, then, that there is a cool down on votekicks.

We’ve kind of gone round and round on this over the years.
Cooldown on vote kick, players get stuck with trolls.
No deserter buff on the kicked, people act out to get kicked instead of leaving.
GM actions on vote kick “abuse”, no definition for what that means, no effective strategy defined for auditing.
Get rid of deserter and put all the loot at the end of the dungeon, have we tried that one yet?

Players may choose to remove any other player from the group for any reason, provided the vote to kick passes.
The vote kick system can’t be abused. It isn’t abuse to use it. For any reason.
Is this the Cata Classic forum? Haven’t seen any “i gotz vote keeked for dum reeson” over there for a week at least. Now I’m seeing them over here…could it just be a coincidence?
The majority of players agreeing to remove another isn’t abuse.
