Next Expansion LEAK!

The next World of Warcraft expansion is called “Shadows of the Void”. The story revolves around the aftermath of the Fourth War, in which the Alliance and Horde worked together to defeat the Burning Legion and stop the corrupted Old God N’Zoth.

However, the victory was short-lived as a new threat emerges from the shadows. The Void, a realm of darkness and chaos, has begun to seep into Azeroth. Its corrupting influence spreads like a plague, corrupting anything it touches.

The expansion starts with a mysterious figure appearing in the capital cities of both factions. The figure claims to have the knowledge and power to stop the Void, but only if the Alliance and Horde work together again. Despite their animosity towards each other, both factions agree to hear the figure out.

The figure reveals that the Void is not just a random occurrence but was instead summoned by a group of powerful individuals who seek to use its power to conquer Azeroth. These individuals are called the Void Lords, and they are using their minions to spread their influence across the land.

The expansion takes players on a journey across Azeroth, battling against the Void’s minions, and uncovering the secrets of the Void Lords. Along the way, players will travel to new locations, including the Void’s realm, where they will face the Void Lords themselves.

The expansion introduces a new playable race, the Ethereals, who have come to Azeroth seeking refuge from the Void. They are a highly intelligent and technologically advanced race, and their unique abilities make them valuable allies in the fight against the Void.

In addition to the new race, the expansion introduces new zones, dungeons, and raids, as well as new features, such as the ability to create and customize your own legendary weapons.

The story culminates in a massive battle against the Void Lords, where players must use all their skills and knowledge to defeat them and save Azeroth from being consumed by the Void.

Overall, “Shadows of the Void” promises to be an exciting new chapter in the World of Warcraft story, offering players new challenges, allies, and enemies to face in the ongoing struggle for Azeroth’s survival.

Thanks to chat GPT for the info. Just decided to post it here for historical accuracy context.

All of that was so basic that it’s sad you needed chatGPT to come up with it.

No Tinker Class?
Nope. Not a real leak.

All the Leaks say there’s gonna be a Tinker Class yo. That’s a WoW Tradition at this point.

Rofl.

The void lords.

And along comes Kerrigan to save the day

Sorry I meant Sylvanus because its essentially the same character at this point (just one written in a less annoying way)

Is this the “bUt tHe LiGhT iS bAd NoW!” expansion pitch that people have been predicting since forever?

What an edgy take that is. Can’t wait for it to eventually be willed into existence.

Shadows of the Void?

Was Bright of the Lights taken or something?

At this point i’d take Skynet over cringe copy-pastas.

Wow. I’ve read more interesting shampoo bottles.

If I were to see a new expansion then this is what I’d like to have.
2. New classes, 1. Tinker, works with high power turrets reminiscent of totems. One offensive, one ac a tank build and a support build…
I’d love to see wow bring back cc/support builds and move party builds to t players.
Second class I’d love to see it a Bard, healer, DPS and support…
(Support builds should be like Shamans and Paladins of old. Drop seals that heal on attacks, regenerate mana, CC mobs. Wind totems to speed up arravks.

2 types of mythics. One to focus on speed runs and one that focuses on hardness. Love to see the old threat system return for this.
I’d even love to see a shadow rogue that TP’s around his enemies building up dots for bug de buffs that limit his to him and using shadows ad shields around the rouge.

Every class gets a few weapons so why not let those weapons augment spells and abilities. A rouge that could toss marked shrunken that he could YP between to dodge big hits…

Just an example of what a rouge tank could be but a tinker/bard could be so much more. Honestly I’d love to see blizzard grab the rights to rift and build a Rift 2 as irt has so many possibilities or where it’s four arch types and 8 souls could go. The greatest game that could have ever been. Healing Mages, tanking rouges and mages pet/healing tanks.

Last but not least. Player housing. Blizzard could easily lay out flight paths and allow you to drop floating islands with individual houses on them or the build get together to buy guild islands with guild halls and barracks for individuals community places for crafting armor or weapons, crafting apothecary and enchanting. Even have a DE vault.

You can say his ideas just aren’t that good or need better explaining, but to just sat it’s ChtGP isn’t very original. Maybe it’s not ideas you like. Every idea isn’t for everyone.

This is such a remarkaby redundant and uninspiring title for something (or really anything) that I could absolutely see Blizzard using it! Afterall our current expansion is just “Dragonflight”… even though there’s like 5 or 6 of them all fighting, or is it just named for the gimmick this expansion?

Either way… suckiest name they coulda come up with instead of, I dunno, something like Plight of the Flights? PotF.

“Madness of the Void” or “Hunger of the Void” or “Void Verse” Oooo “Voracity of the Void!”… something catchy…

I’d rather focus on the current expansion, thank you.

Tinker/Bard classes are pointless
