I’m not saying they’re not going to do any more allied races but that quote shouldn’t inspire a lot of confidence that it will continue to happen.

Next Allied race would be Chosen. They have their own city in Northrend.
Their leader is King Ymiron

Sure, and I’m not saying this is evidence that 100% confirms the feature has a future going forward. However, insights into game design philosophy are valuable whenever possible. They’ve been pretty overt about potential features that they aren’t particularly fond of, like player housing. At the very least, it’s a strong enough quote to use against anyone who claims, without much basis, that allied races are a BFA-only feature. There wasn’t much merit to that argument to begin with anyway, considering how fiscally beneficial they were.
Oh agreed. Hopefully it also works to calm people thinking that Shadowlands is going to be another made dash adding in a bunch of more slight reskins. Seen people thinking we’re getting another 10 or what not.

This will never ever happen, but ogres are so needed. I have wanted ogres ever since doing the quests with the Ogri’la faction back in BC. They are so awesome! I pretty much play alliance most of the time. If these guys got added to the horde I would faction change my one of my mains depending on class. I wouldn’t even care if they ran the horde storyline into the dirt I would still rep ogres
