This housing news today is the last straw for me. first time since Feb 05 I’ve paused my sub until end of December.
Maybe the product will turn around enough that I’ll give them my sub money again, but as it stands now… I’ll pause it. No $$ for MS.

Why would the housing article bother you? You’ve enjoyed the game without housing for 20 years, if you don’t like housing you can just keep playing without engaging with housing.

based on the timetable, we should have a lot more detail about housing, midnight, etc in that Nov-Dec area.

Because he picked a date already to unpause it.
Blizzard prefers people pause instead of unsub, because of the higher likelyhood they will forget to cancel in the future.

pausing keeps the 6/12 month awards intact, and traders coins every month.

this way I can speak with my wallet. and if they turn it around (of course imo) I can reactivate without losing perks.

Yes, they will use their super secret psychic interface to figure out exactly why you have paused and then devote six months worth of subscription payments in dev time to appeasing you.
That’s about $90, so I think that adds up to about “Reads this thread. Says ‘WTF?’ Grabs some coffee from the break room. Done.”

Cancelling your renewing sub does too. You get those things if you do the subscription type or are subbed for the month.
