Trust me I tried what you did… I just got bored. Tried doing all the quests at the proper level stopped around lvl 20. Getting the lore in on a max lvl toon with flying is way better.

For players who are wondering why the buff is still ongoing, Blizzard has updated their thread in regards to extending the period of the boost until the pre-patch of Shadowlands. Happy grinding!

If it’s the thread I’ve seen before it says “Due to the popularity of the Winds of Wisdom 100% experience buff in Battle for Azeroth, we’re extending its benefit through to the release of the Shadowlands pre-patch!” and a little further down gives the exact dates “Now available through May 18, you can exalt in the Impressive Influence 100% bonus reputation buff in Legion and Battle for Azeroth.” This post was on April 17th so it makes it seem that today was supposed to be the release of the Shadowlands pre-patch.
Ahhh, I do see a post at the bottom of this page however talking about the buff being extended for 2 days.
I subscribed last week because I thought the winds of wisdom was going to end today.
I don’t like the fast leveling, because I want some pacing as a new player (last played during vanilla, 2004-2005).
I would like the option to turn off the buff. I have XP disabled, but its annoying to go back and forth to turn it on and off.
well since it got pushed back till DEC, dose that mean the buff should be up till then?
Not gonna lie, even without the buff leveling up to 100 is warp speed. You can hit 60 in a single zone, about 150 quests with no buffs.
But yes, we are in hyper drive right now.
Edit: Also with the new scaling you can freeze your level at keypoints (60, 70, 80, 85, 90, 100, 110) to finish the loremaster without loosing the feel of low level. Starting zones scales all the way to 60, TBC zones scale all the way to 70 etc.

xp buff stays up through Shadowlands pre-patch, whenever that drops (probably Sept-Oct is my guess). What ‘expired’ is the reputation buff. It was useful. Got some of my alts HONORED with the unshackled for the essence. Really, really hate Nazjatar and probably wouldn’t even have done that much without the rep buff.

Yeah just noticed that was the week long world quest event for rep. None of my characters have the 100% rep buff anymore. They all did yesterday. I don’t know what happened. That sucks 
100% ran out today it was extended till 21st.
So are we not going to follow what we said now blizzard? Took away the boost and it’s not even pre-patch
My buff is gone now. Are they no longer letting us have the buff until pre-patch or is this a bug?
You won’t be challenged… it’s just changed too much. Maybe Classic is more up your alley.
If you are lower than 120 and not seeing it, I believe it’s a bug. My alt still has their buff.
