I want to know this too. In the past, pre-expansion patches dropped around a month or less ahead of expansion. So can we expect this to end in say, October? September maybe?
I thought that Alpha testing just started, so ending this in May (until the prepatch?) seems a bit quick. Iâd think the Shadowlands prepatch would happen after beta?
This may be a silly question, but Iâm just curious- is this buff applicable to leveling XP or is it just for rep?
Winds of Wisdom is all leveling experience. Thereâs a separate one for rep thatâs for Legion and BFA only.

From rereading the announcement, it looks like the exp bonus continues until prepatch, and the rep bonus lasts until May 18. Originally the exp bonus ended as the rep bonus began.
+1 would really love to see this in classic. many many alts (right side!) to level!

Thanks! It has been great being able to level some of my characters more quickly during the lockdown.
I have mixed feelings on Winds of Wisdom. Iâm a returning player from years ago that decided to start playing again in quarantine. On one hand I love it and I can see why many people do. If you have been playing the game it makes leveling substantially easier. But as a returning/first time view I feel like it takes away a lot from the story line. Im doing way less quests before leaving a region because Iâve âagedâ out.

I donât follow. With level scaling, Iâve been completing zones while everything for the most part keeps up with my level. Even Eastern Plaguelands was completed to the end, though I was 63 by the end of it and exp gain had slowed somewhat, facing 59-60 mobs was still enough of a challenge for a clothie to stay engaged. What zones are you aging out of?

Is this still scheduled to end on May 18th? Iâve taken on the overwhelming task of finishing all of my alts before then, and I wanted to plan accordingly.
Youâre referring to the rep boost. Then yes, for now

Zones scale with your level up to 60, then up to 80, then up to 100. Itâs not possible to earn 20+ levels from a single zone.
I love the 100% exps but just tried to play and did not receive the benefits today or the 100% rep with my other characters. Anyone had this issue

Throwing in my +1 for extending the reputation buff. I just came back May 16 and could have really taken advantage of that rep bonus. Maybe consider extending it to the SL release also if you see enough people ask. Lol. ÂŻ_(ă)_/ÂŻ
