Just want to chime in and say thanks as well Blizzard! It’s things like this that restore little bits of trust from your customers that you do know what most of your players want and like…at least sometimes lol
and what about flagging accounts for shadow lands as being shadow lands? you allow us to pre-purchase, not pre-order but a legit 100% purchase of the game but this doesnt allow alt accounts play bfa as part of the monthly fee if they dont own bfa… but once shadow lands is officially out and playable then bfa will be free… why not now? im not gonna buy bfa on a second account if i can get bfa for free when shadow lands comes out in november
Thank you!!! You’re a hero!
I think, and im pretty sure im not alone.
this is one of the best thing’s that happened to wow.
Espically with the corona virus going on, giving playes something to do (motivized with this reward) is awesome
Thank you.
THANK YOU!!! This is awesome news!
I have to many alts as is.
Yeah, I subbed when they announced the buff and hadn’t renewed, thinking I’d just return when SL launched and leveling was fast again.
Guess I’m staying till all my characters are in order for SL lol
This is a very nice gift from Blizzard. I’m working the Legion content and I want that Void Elf race to have in my repertoire of alts.
Thanks so much Blizzard!
Perhaps you can create an experience/reputation buff that can be purchased at the WoW store after this goes away next month? Just a thought…
thank you, Blizzard… this is very welcome news!
Excellent!
Thank you Blizzard.
Thank you.
Did this extension cost us a raid tier or two
Thank you, this is great news!
There should be a way to remove or opt-out of the buff.
I enjoy the leveling experience. I enjoy being able to clear a zone before I am ridiculously over leveled/geared for it. I enjoy earning the achieves such as Loremaster WHILE leveling instead of having to go back and do them later. I have not been playing my alts because of this buff and was looking forward to it going away. Now, it is going to be in effect for at least several more MONTHS, and that is extremely frustrating for me and those like me, ESPECIALLY considering how the ENTIRE leveling experience is going to change come Shadowlands.
Again, I am NOT asking that the buff be removed from the game. I understand that the vast majority of people like having the buff, and I even respect the decision to extend it based on the player bases wishes. But there should be a way to opt-out of it for the group of players who do not want it. A couple ideas are that it could involve going to an NPC who can remove it, or players being able to drop the buff like we can with most buffs (you could even add a confirmation check to prevent accidental removals). Regardless how it is implemented, an opt-out feature needs to be added.
Sweet! Thank you, Blizzard! Now I have absolutely NO excuse not to level cap all my alts!
Oh man the extension is great, I thought I wasn’t going to get all my alts to 120.
Thank you so much for extending this buff, it has made me want to come back and play and enjoy the game so much more. I appreciate it as it helps to pass the time keeping myself and others safe at home!
This was a fantastic decision. Great job.
I makes me wonder if the load screen still says “go outside” occasionally, like it normally does. lol!
