Tell Ion don’t forget about Gag order for warriors.
Yeah just the same roulette game play of whack-a-mole where RNG lights up buttons and then you hit them.
Bring back seals, bring back baseline inquisition.
We want to feel like Holy Warriors not a pachinko machine.
i wish for seals and old blessings and DI and a lot of other things they’re not doing. they could make pally the coolest class in the game again, if they wanted.
Not to mention Shadow Priests want to go back to being Shadow Priests and not some purple blob that takes 10 sec to ramp up to do anything
they’re rolling everyone else back to MoP why not shadow?
The seals were cool, in the Wotlk version, that each gave you some utility, but I like too the Legion in wich I felt it more fast paced, and fun, than before. I actually lenjoyed those 2 versions
I don’t know.
I’m not looking forward to playing demo without the traits/essences. Those systems were put in place because after legion it felt terrible. Basically going to be doing alot of castings.
No more explosive potential, no more baleful invocation, vop major, memory minor. Really hoping some additional helps out. And looking at the covenant abilities, it looks like some classes get better abilities than others.
Basically good ol casting shadow bolts and the occasional demonbolt aside from the ones you get from dreadstalker. And the addional rng soul shards from soul conduit.
I wish man but this isn’t even remotely close to MoP
I liked the legion shadowpriest than the older interations
even if they made seals like a dk presence that’s always on and you siwtch between them i’m sure most old school pallies would like them back.
I mean, they’d just need to change abilities so they can be used with onehanders. And I mentioned probably needing a passive.
i’m hoping for the best. they’re straight up wrecking certain specs and we’re being mostly left alone. i hope it’s okay.
Like their Brewmaster brethren, Windwalker Monks will once again be able to choose between two 1-handed weapons or one 2-handed weapon in their fight to restore balance.
Thank you for this change; my headcanon for this guy is that he’s trained to use a staff, and I’m grateful I will no longer have to swap to swords or fists every time I go DPS.
this makes monk so much more fun to me. i’m not a big fan of dw in general.
Yeah seems more like legion 2.0 except not as good. Granted legion could of been better but by the end I though it was good.
Aside from that annoying demo constant demonic empowerment deal.
de was the worst thing they’ve ever done to our class. -.-
Yep
Personally I felt Legion was slower, in the case of removing Inquisition which cost us a lot of base haste from maintenance. For me it was (and still is) more feast of famine based solely on RNG, either you have good RNG to fill your rotations or you have bad RNG and are left doing mo damage for awhile, or you stack up obscene amounts of haste on gear lat in the expansion to try and smooth it out.
What I was thinking with more modern seals, and I think I’ve heard something similar before from like Bellular or someone, would be seals that provided short buffs that affected your abilities in someway.
So intial thoughts without much prep were like Zeal causing abilities to cleave (AoE focused), Crusader causing additional cooldown reduction to speed up the rotation (more single target focused), Seal of the Martyr/Blood causing abilities to stack a DoT on the enemy for maintenance and encouraging seal twisting for a higher skill cap, and then more utility things like Light being a simple health restore, and Wisdom being a more group centric seal that allows decent mana regen to casters (the kind of thing that could be cool to use in a raid scenario where healers have had to expend a lot of mana and things are looking dicey to be able to finish the fight).
Agreed. For me the Monk was more typified as the bo staff wielding fantasy, not another rogue that can roll.
As soon as WW became DW I just had to drop playing them entirely because for me that isn’t what I think of when I think Monk fantasy.
Happy with destro and demo talents? Serious? Basically nothing different from blizzcon announces for demon and destro, the change on fire and brimstone could have happened in a normal patch. And serious that the news for demon is a minor buff in a cc and cd? Where are the cool new things or returning skills for my specs? I thought that a lot of the talents of destro would be baseline for now, at least shadowburn, fire and brimstone and backdraft >.>
Roll the bones is not novel to the rogue class. lol
