How about a 100% rep boost since rep grinding is so boring and sucks big time especially turtle rep considering you can really only get their rep through a few quests and about 6 dailies ugh such a drag

PSA to everyone going through WoD - you can skip the intro questline - this still works:
Reaching Draenor
The traditional way of unlocking Draenor is to do the initial quest series in Tanaan Jungle. However, it is possible to skip that quest series, which is what many Demon Hunters will likely aim to do.
- From Stormwind or Orgrimmar, take the portal to The Jade Forest in Pandaria. This will be located near the turtle mount vendors.
- Next, talk to the flightmaster in Pandaria to get a flight to the Timeless Isle (most eastern point on the map).
- Ride to the area with the frogs on eastern Timeless Isle, then swim until you reach an underwater cave at 67.9 76.9. Go inside the cave, sit on the chair, and click on the Grim Campfire.
- You will now be teleported to a Grim Campfire on an island by 74 24.5 in Gorgrond.
- Mount up (a waterwalking mount goes faster) and ride west until you come to the western pier of unphased Iron Docks.
- Speak to the NPC, who will offer a dialogue option to fly you back to the Garrison. This will drop you off in the unphased area, and you can then start on the Level 1 quests.
Haven’t touched my Monk since its creation during MoP launch week.
In the last 2 hrs I went to level 89 by barely dipping my toe into Jade Forest questing. This xp buff is INSANE.

It most definately does not stop at 110. My hunter was sitting at 117 doing only BFA Assaults and was getting nearly 20% of the bar from each quest. It was never this good before.
i say extend it longer than 20th. extend it till about may something. Trump just extended the deadline to go back to work till end of April and maybe even longer we don’t know i love this buff. so far leveled 4 alts to 120

3/30/20 Highmountain tauren hunter full heirloom gear - has the Winds of Wisdom exp buff but quests are not giving me bonus exp. I am getting only what the quest says I will get. even checked Wowhead to see what base exp is for the quest.
can we have this in Classic?
why would you want to skip it, easy quests and you get like 1-2 levels only from that chain quest 
no, classic is about the journey not the destination.
I’ve done it over a dozen times total, so it’s more of maintaining my sanity by skipping it. plus, getting straight to building the garrison and working on bonus objectives, finding treasure is a bit faster.
How do you get this buff? I don"t seem to have it.
And this is like telling an Olympic marathon runner that has been training for years… “Starting this Olympic Games, we will allow competitors riding motorcycles to enter the marathon”.
And this is why I quit retail. What is the purpose? You can buy your gear, leveling, achievements and everything else with cash. So you are a totally geared 120. What does it mean? Nothing.
Like being a Monopoly millionaire.
Yes please. I want my level 1 to be a raid geared level 60 before I go to bed tonight. Just like in retail.
I just want to say thank you to Blizzard for being good citizens. Not only does this give us something to do while we’re home, but it’s probably helping to keep some people home who would have been tempted to get out. It’s an interesting play and I like it.

This buff needs to remain until Shadowlands launches. Seriously. Since there will be no 8.3.5 or anything else new until then at least let us mitigate the grind to level alts.

Is this compulsory?
I like levelling.
I think in Retail, levelling is too fast already.
Hopfully this is a buff you can apply if you want it.
