The double rep made rep gains finally feel like they might actually be worth doing. I don’t think the rep buff needs to come back as a buff. The rep buff needs to be baked into the base rep gains permanently. Rep grinds have been too drawn out over the last couple xpacs and feel terrible without the 100% rep buff.

Even with the buff, 100 rep for Nazjatar dailies still didn’t make them worth doing. They’re a waste of my time. Anything less than 150 rep per quest feels too low.

Spread the word and tell your friends and family - anyone you know that plays WoW - to post something here in support of the Rep Buff. If enough people express their wish to see it return, I dare believe the devs would listen.

Extend the buff!

Why not? I mean really what possible reason do you have to NOT extend this buff?

bring it back

Please bring this back. The systems it’s ‘protecting’ are all being ungated in the next expac. by having the requirements related to rep etc removed anyway… This is just a huge quality of life increase for all your new players from classic… please, just bring this back :/.

Truth be told, Blizz, if you grant the WoW community this wish - extending the Rep Buff - they’ll shower you with kisses. I sure would. Here’s one now - :kissing_heart:

Hell, I love this game. Have since the day it came out. Please give us back this nifty boon.

Furthermore, anyone who claims that you don’t listen to the fans will be proven wrong once more.

Thank you, Blizzard.
Cheers!

Please blizzard! I want to finish my flying to help my friends who boosted 120 characers do world quest.

I wish you would have extended this to match the winds of wisdom buff. I don’t see how the extended ease in rep grinding could hurt people playing, it can only promote more gametime spent on WoW. Just didn’t have the time to grind while it was active with other responsibilities. :slightly_frowning_face:

I am honestly a little surprised they didn’t keep the rep buff up.

I just got back into retail and this was making me have so much fun. I’m soooooooooo sad to see this gone… I hope it comes back one day

I was under the impression the exp and rep buffs were until the next expansion so I didn’t do most of the things I was going to do with them nooo

I wanted to get BFA flying ! im almost there… then I was going to work on class mounts and Boosting my Horde chars and rep grind on them … but screw it now lol

boosting I mean paying for a 120 lvl boost lol

I enjoyed the rep buff. Before it, I had just barely finished BFA PF pt 1. With the rep buff, I got part 2 and got all BFA and Legion (minus 8.3) reps to exalted, minus Rustbolt (I’m very close to it). I agree with posters in here that all WQ rep gains need to be permanently buffed, because 75 rep per WQ is abysmally low.

Two tangentially related suggestions are:
Bring back dungeon rep tabards
Have legacy reputation buffs or events (like WoD, MoP, etc.). It, like Timewalking, gives people an excuse to do legacy content.

Someone start a petition nooow!

This needs to come back! For us returning players and new players there is an infinite amount of rep that needs grinding and it will never be done unless the boost is up. Its insulting how low world quests give and how rare emissaries are!

how do we start one? as we need to make a stand for something that players want returned

You start posting on the forums that you want it back.

everyone should been exalted by second week… unless too busy at work, or lazy.

I mistakenly assumed that the rep buff and the exp buff were both lasting until shadowlands based off of the ad on the launcher so I didn’t do it yet :frowning:
