That’s what I’m going to use it for. I still need to get the Naz paragon mount and the Wardens Paragon toy.

Excludes Rajani and Uldum accord? Dumpster fire then. I want the XP buff to continue instead.

Is the 100% going to be applied to regular quests too? If so, I’ll get this toon to 110 and wait until the rep buff to get the maximum amount of rep.
I’d encourage you to reconsider the decision to end the XP buff. My guild hasn’t even finished the end of our raiding cycle, but we probably will soon and more people are going to want to level alts, and it feels crappy to have missed out.
We all already know the vast amount leveling time is being reduced in SL. That makes it feel even more awful to level a new character once the xp buff goes away. It makes you feel like you are doing it wrong if you level now. Like come on, just let folks have fun and get back into the game during this time.

I guess I forgot to mention that I was only aiming for the class hall transmog set on my Pandaren Warrior because I have the Warrior Class mount, which means Army of Legionfall is already revered, and thus don’t need that rep for the “2 revered reps” part. I only played my Pandaren Warrior enough to get the class mount. I didn’t care for the transmog set from the Class Hall, because I immediately stopped playing the Warrior after obtaining the mount. And I didn’t think to go back to farm up the set until now, when I discovered how much fun I was having with this Warrior.
- Even if all my alts that have exalted with Nightfallen have Nightfallen tokens on the mission board, there’s no way I am going to get enough BoA tokens between now and April 20th to get exalted with Nightfallen before the Rep buff goes live (it’s only 3 days away).
- Don’t you think if your way was so fast, it’d even be faster with the buff?
- “My suggestion works and no longer exists because it is too good.”
If it doesn’t exist anymore, doesn’t that mean that it no longer works?
But I think what you meant was that they cut down on the chance that a BoA rep token come up as a reward?
Of the 4 characters I managed to tolerate getting exalted with Nightfallen with (and have the followers needed for success) , only 2 had tokens on the mission board. So…
Better than nothing, but such a weird restriction.
You did this in the wrong order. Reps to unlock allied races should have been first, then the xp boost to level them. Please keep the latter around until Shadowlands (which is a further acceleration of the leveling process anyway).
While I understand changing it up, the xp buff has brought so many back and kept a lot of people playing. I know my guild is flourishing with alts now instead of our usual lull before the next patch.
I think another month of xp buff would be a good idea. Not extended now, but maybe after the rep buff.
Can you guys make more liberal use of your game launcher for announcements like this?
I feel like I find out in mmo-champ, then forums, then youtube, and then eventually via in-game and/or launcher.

But this is a stupid buff considering in Shadowlands you no longer have to do the rep grind for a race? So why bother with it? Just wait a while and you don’t have to grind that damn rep. No. Give us the XP buff for longer.

Let me simply add one more voice saying to extend the XP buff. I’ve already unlocked all the allied races, so the increased reputations do nothing for me. My subscription until Shadowlands releases is specifically based on the presence of the XP buff; without it, I won’t be bothering to play.

It’s passive buff, everyone will be “doing” it…
Is this going to be a rotation until Shadowlands? Exp buff, rep buff, exp buff? If not could we get at least a 2 week extension to the exp buff.
It’s better for some where the exp was 100% useless. Already have everything I want at max level, so exp gains so absolutely zero usage. Reputation is more useful for those wanting to get pathfinders or allied races (like all of the returning players that hit max level via the double xp) or unlock things in legion gated behind reputation, such as all of the order hall stuff.
*Bonus excludes Rajani and Uldum Accord reputation.
So it excludes the only rep I would want to farm on my alts.

Agreed. I really hope they see how many people stop playing without the XP buff and put it back in after the rep buff has expired. That would be nice.
I’m a film editor and I’ve been super busy at home working on my computer. VERY little time to grind out a new character with the 100% boost. PLEASE EXTEND THE 100% EXP BOOST! This is heaven sent and people like me would appreciate it so much! We don’t get to play as much as we’d like to.
Can you please extend the XP boost? Some of us have all the allied races unlocked already and want to level more toons.
