This looks so much better than what we currently have in Dragonflight and much better than the previous build on the alpha.
Personally, was never a fan of decimating bolt and considered dropping the spec for the foreseeable future.
But these recent changes are finally really good! I am actually excited for Destruction now and this talent tree feels like a genuine improvement.
