NewComer chat at 50

I been playing since mop , took a break an came back, an noticed I was in NewComer chat thought this was weird being at 45 so I leveled to 50 an I was still in it. dawned on me so i leveled a Mag’har orc from 10 -20 an then hit 21 an i was still in Newcomer Chat. I thought maybe since its been so long i need to level a toon from 1-20 an I done that. Ran into same issue it was falling off as stated. I tried googling it an asking around with no luck. I deleted files, reset UI uninstalled an nothings seems to work. I even tried /leave 4 an states unable to manually leave chat . I clicked on tab-setting -chat- an went to disable but it was greyed out I could disable all other chats but Newcomer. I have checked an leveled alts past thresh hold , with no change or way to disable/leave. I am not a new player, I am not sure why I got placed in bracket of NewComer

When you log in on your level 50, which of the following messages does it show you?

or

If it’s showing you the first one, you have marked yourself as a guide and not realized it. If you’re on a horde toon, go back to Eyla Pathleader somewhere by the Orgrimmar Embassy to turn it off. Likewise, Celeste Periwinkle in Stormwind if you’re on an alliance character.

If you’re getting the second message, this is a bug. You shouldn’t be marked as a newcomer past level 20 unless there was an undocumented change with the system.

yea I checked that in hopes I some how got flagged as guide but im not . I have reached over thresh hold for requirements to be opted out as blizz system intended . I have even asked guides to confirm if i had a flag or murlock over my head I went as far as uninstalling an reinstalling with no luck

Well in that case you did the proper thing by writing it up in the bug report forum. Best of luck!
