Did my first dungeon a few days ago. Loved it. So much fun. Fast paced and with a priest I don’t ever need to worry about mana.
Thing is at the end I don’t know to how to get out. Google told me right click my picture but there was no Leave Party or Leave Instance. Same with the green eye on LFG. So far I’ve had to hearth out but I’d rather go back to where I was questing.
leave party is the one you are looking for
If you right click on your picture there should be a “leave party” - but also, in an instance group, in the bottom right hand of your screen you should see a green eye icon - if you click on that icon, it will give you the option to leave the instance group.
If somehow there isn’t a green eye at the bottom and there is no ‘leave party’ option when right clicking your portrait you could try running back to the beginning and just walking out the door.
It’s not the there unless I’ve gone blind.
Did you walk into the dungeon yourself at the start or did you use the group queue system?
Sure. But then I have to travel all the way to where I was questing. I’m trying to avoid that.
Should look like this:
Try queueing for something to see if the green eye pops up. If it does then leave queue and see what happens. If it doesn’t then either you’re bugged out and need to hearth or you’ve hidden/covered the icon while personizing your UI.
Well, lfg brought me to the instance and then we walked in.

Did they summon you at the stone?
And just so we’re clear- when we say portrait we mean the thing on your screen that has your face and your health/mana bar that is in the top left corner by default. RIGHT click on that and the ‘Leave Instance Group’ option should be there.
If you walked in then you have to walk out or hearth.
Just say in chat “I love Shadowlands” and you’ll be kicked out. Problem solved.

I have no custom UI.
Are you playing Classic or Retail? Did they summon you to the stone in a classic dungeon? If so, you have to walk out.
What version of the game are you asking about, as you’re posting on a classic toon.
Retail WoW ports you into and out of the dungeon. In classic you have to travel to the dungeon or be summoned there by the group at a summoning stone outside of the dungeon. In classic you are then on your own to get back to where ever after the dungeon.
