Am I the only one that thinks blizz killed it with the females? Y’all look bomb af now.
Casting animations are awesome, new faces are amazing, you get glowing eyes (wish there were more than 2) and no more weird leg thing when you jump while running

So my question is; Wtf happened with the males?
The run causes the character to lean too far forward, and doesn’t match the speed at which they actually move. They look like a cartoon running in place.
New casting animations are so lame, and looks awful if you cast any spell with a “curse” animation (Agony, SW:P are examples) while running. Females have this too
Why can’t the males have the animations the females got for spells? They look so good. They just have this weird hand wave, and their right hand doesn’t even move…
The run animations I can live with. So they run like idiots. But the casting thing while running looks like an oversight, and the males casting animations are just plain horrible.

I actually kinda like the male run.
One thing I will never ever use again is two forms. Have you seen the human > wolf transformation? The arms are tiny and misplaced and it just DOESNT WORK

I hate the female run, but thankfully arobe fixes it for me.
I’m amazed people think the old male run is better than this new one… I actually feel like I’m a prowling predator, hot on the trail of my opponent when I run now.
With the old model I felt like a lumbering oaf who hadn’t gotten used to his Worgen body yet. Looked really clumsy and the power-walking sprint was just awful…

I don’t think the old one was better, but it was built for the model. The new run feels like the models weren’t made for it. Looks forced imo.
Especially casting while running, the waist bend in a way that shouldn’t even be possible. The run was clearly made after the model
I don’t often cast while running so I can’t comment on what you’re referencing, admittedly.
Unfortunately there’s a lack of polish with the new models…
Sit on a male Worgen and watch your ankles break.
No animations for male Worgen ears.
No blinking for either gender.
Female Worgen look odd running with two two-handers… something about how the swords move doesn’t look right to me.

I love the new running animation, as it actually looks wolf-like now. They are the only race where leaning forward actually works, because well, they are wolf-likes.
I don’t think it’s so much the animations, but more the fact most males look ridiculous as spellcasters owing to their Schwarzenegger physiques.
It’s why the best ones are undead or gnomes, because they actually look like they should be casting spells.

Cast agony or SW:P while running, and watch them break their lower back. Especially visible from the sides
Also, can we talk about their ankles when they sit? How does an abomination like that make it to live??
I like the fact that, as a fury warrior, I can now run without my giant swords constantly clipping into the ground.

Actually the Worgen Females look more like Anime Furries or a Disney Cartoon than a actually Savage Werewolf that is Scary looking and not Pretty.
What happened to the Savage Scary Worgen in the Alliance?

We still look that way…when fighting. Honestly our war face is pretty good compared to some of the rest of the Alliance just looking vaguely constipated.
The rest of the time we look like we had a hippy ritual to get that under control some ten years ago.
