New way to get conquest weapons in TWW

Saw this over on Reddit. May mean juiced PvE weapons will be bis for two weeks but this definitely balances out the lack of a vault at least somewhat.

“Developer’s note: In conjunction with the conquest earned update, we wanted to provide additional context on how players will earn their weapons. In 11.0 Season 1, players can earn a set of Conquest weapons suitable to their specialization without having to spend Conquest. Players can pick up the quest, “Weapons of Conquest” either by entering a Rated PvP match or by going to Dornogal to speak with the Conquest Quartermaster, Lalandi. This quest will task them with earning 2500 Conquest, which is achievable on Week 3 of the season. Players can then complete this quest by speaking with Lalandi. She will give you weapons, shields, and off-hands appropriate for your specialization. After completing this quest, players will be able to use Conquest to purchase weapons from Lalandi as normal“

Weapon a full week later than you would usually get it, but In exchange it’s free. Not sure how to feel about this, while it does alleviate some of my early concerns about the cap not going up enough, it also just feels like a lot of people will basically delay the season till week 3.

As a fury warrior main this is awesome. from how its worded it’d give me both weapons. otherwise it’d take 5+ weeks to buy the weapons, but now its free week 3.

ya just means as arms you go fury loot spec to complete this incase fury gets overtuned from how bad it currently looks on paper and on beta.

2 weapons instead of 1 is a good deal if how I’m reading this is correct.
