Instead of using “Scouting Map” after scouting map to unlock flight paths and areas for your alts, Blizzard has created a " The Warband Map to Everywhere All At Once" that will do it all that once. You just need to have one member of your warband to have explored a region.
To get it, you must have the “Dynamic Duo” achievement which requires having two max levels with two different classes.
Looking forward to getting it.
If you already have the achievement, it should be in your toy section now. If not, people are reporting that they are reaching max level pretty fast with the event.
The flightpaths seem there automatically now. You don’t even have to use the map. On alts with entire maps covered, all the flightpaths were there to be used.

Oh, for sure. I hated that Dragonflight didn’t get a map toy and getting around on my alts was a pain. At least War Within wont have this problem
I spent all that gold on those other maps nothing? LOL
I bought them all too. 
I can only imagine how much gold I’d actually have, had I not spent it on riding skills for like 50 characters and these maps.
Now they just need a flight whistle
