What version of the game do I need to install, or is there going to be a new version to down load. Can only find WOW Classic Hard Mode to install.

Era/Hardcore/SOD will share a client.
If you have Era/hardcore now, you’re good to go.

There will be an update to era/hardcode that includes the new code for SoD but they share the same client. When you select ‘wow classic’ you will by default get a list of era servers - at the bottom of that list now is a tab for hardcore servers - some time this week (probably just before launch) a tab for SoD servers will be added.

yep as others have said, login to your Battle.net game client and search the listing of your current game listings. Also and just in case save the realm list just to see if something has changed or that you may have missed.
