On the PTR Scourge Strike and Clawing Shadows appear to have their animations bugged.
Scourge Strike is using a 1 handed animation instead of a two-handed animation. To be precise it is using the 1 handed “uppercut” animation instead of the race+bodytype two-handed special attack animation.
Clawing Shadows is alternating between 3 animations randomly. Sometimes it’s playing the one-handed uppercut from right to left, sometimes it’s playing the two-handed strike + left foot stomp animation and sometimes it’s using the one-handed uppercut from left to right.
Cleaving strikes no longer changes the animation of Clawing shadows to a sweeping attack. The animation is still changed to a sweeping strike for scourge strike.
Death Charge no longer overwrites the animations temporarily. For Clawing shadows you still cycle through the 3 animations above, and scourge strike has it’s base animation changed to always be the one that was previously exclusive to Death Charge.
This feels like a giant mess, both variants of our primary attack are using (mainly) 1 handed animations despite us being a 2handed spec. You can no longer tell if you are preforming a cleaving attack or not with Clawing Shadows visually, which functionally is a worse player experience.
