They do it weekly now, especially after major patches.
I think they’ll make some adjustments to keystone timers/hp but I’m not sure about pvp this soon.

Enh burst toned down? Not many are playing it but I know it can 1 shot with ease 
Idk…maybe sub nerf since there’s a new one shot macro out? Seems like sub gets attention whenever people start using one.
We’ve been seeing tuning averaging 3-4 weeks in delay this xpak, besides urgent fixes to unkillable classes last season.
Still waiting for sub rouge nerfs and mage nerfs

Just keep in mind slam still does 15k damage LMFAO after a near 200% dam buff since s1

its just super awkward to fit inthe rotation im crit capped with it and it crits for 56k on leatherish, costs 30 rage tho and youre not overpowering or MSing. wish it would get removed and they would bake the damage into ms or something

I think its only purpose is to give a filler ability when it’s not worth it to press ignore pain and all other dps buttons are on cd and it seems good enough for that no?
rend does more damage on the initial hit unless u talent 3 other talents
