Yeah I figure the torn up ears would be showing a choice for the troll to not regenerate. We have the blind option and broken tusk option already plus after the 4th war a troll might keep his injuries as reminders
You think trolls have it bad? Check out the worgen. You get eye colour as a new customizable option. That is literally it.
Trolls need beards and they’re good to go.
Yeah worgen have been left behind and it’s a shame, it’s a really cool race and lots of cool stuff could be added. I really hope races gets some more equal distribution of customization options. Comparing how many options the night elves got to the worgen is just kinda sad.

Forgive me, but as far as I’m aware the only race to date to appear with dreadlocks is orcs, isn’t it?
I know this exist, Vol’jin, Apari and perhaps Zul’jins are examples of it. In general those are important wounds though. Ears? Don’t seem to cut it. But I have nothing against it as an option sure.

I’m glad to see you agree that we elves, even the tree hugging night elves, are much better.
Beards and Forest Troll skin is all I’m looking for in the immediate future, but some more hairstyles and faces for both male and female would certainly be welcome.

Thats fair, losing an eye and arm are much bigger deals than an ear tip, however another reason to have torn ears is to show ears recovering. Maybe have different stages of regrowth

Those are exactly the kind of ears I would want for mid regeneration, an option for really torn up ears and the ears would be set.
Trolls can stop their regeneration at will, so damaged ears or scars are totally possible

As a way to show respect toward others(especifically allies) they lower themselves.
Zandalaris are different as being the first civilizations and sees the other races as childs.
