Cut is 1.5-3% max, and it doesn’t shave off 60%+ hp in one second. Stiki (or any other optimized Ele) on the other hand…
The devs have been ‘fixing’ class performance for years with gear and items. They’ve also tuned specs around how much damage they can do baseline in light of bis gear for years.
If you’ve played longer than Legion you’d know this, if not you wouldn’t.
I see this being used to really punish tunneling from double melee comps to counter pressure goes.
Also, the visual clarity on this seems like a nightmare. (Enemies both running this. Is it visually distinctive enough to tell if its helpful or harmful? Some ground particles do this ok some are awful).

If you read that in my response you are actually stupid. Cut can have a wide range depending on uptime, that’s so obvious I didn’t feel the need to make a special note of it earlier.
We pay money to PvP… i mean cmon common sense here that they need to address other issues if they want people to continue to pay for this game that is the point, its not that people are not happy with some of the changes but the fact that there are more issues that need attention. Maybe your mom pays for you to play?
