Really hoping this post catches some eyes and gains some traction.
Was just chilling on top of Ironforge Mt. when it dawned on me. How sick would it be to ride the slopes?! Wind in your hair, fresh powder.
Maybe a reward from Feast of Winter Veil?
Satisfying Animation/Physics Ideas:
Low cooldown.
Being able to turn/left right.
Gain/lose momentum.
Wind effects on character, maybe.
Slight powder spray from snowboard.
Trail in snow left behind. Quickly dissapearing would be fine.

May not be snowboards, but there are 2 sled toys coming in Dragonflight. And while not a toy I remember seeing some planks or something you could ride down the mountains with in Vul’dun.

After seeing what the new toy prepatch gave us does, I don’t really have much confidence in the devs to make actually fun toys anymore

Yes, and there is an achievement for riding all four planks in Vol’dun.
i propose a inflatable snow tube toy as well.
