They need to create a glitter bomb - you throw it at someone and it covers them in glitter and makes them sparkly for 5-10 min.
What would you think of that??

As long as the glitter stays in the game, it would be okay.

If we want true glitter, then the glitter bombed person’s footprints leave glitter dust that other people walking across get glittery footprints & their targets for heals/damage would get glitter on them as well. BUT it’s just a short amount of time, <1 minute, otherwise we have the Plague2.0: Glitter-ggedon.

I would hope it to be a click to remove kind of thing like the pumpkin heads and transformer pad and such like.
i hate glitter in real life, why would i want it to get stuck on my character also?

meant to be a joke on “glitter gets everywhere.” I don’t need that stuff in my keyboard.
what if it was for 1 hour, 10 hours, or 24 hours of playtime. So possibly over a week

Lord I remember back when we use to have the Mohawk Grenades from Mr T in the game…lol what fun…use to throw them on folks in the AH and some players would get really pissed about being hit by one…
Wish they bring those back.

It already exists as a consumable. 
Every time someone uses it a puff of glitter comes out of your screen.
