New Token gear not Warbound? What!

What is the point of this new conent? wasnt it pushed as a way to quickly gear your alts? but the new tokens and the gear is buys is Champion Gear and is Soulbound, not Warbound? making this worse than running Delves and M2s . what is the point of this?

The gear and tokens should at least be warbound, or if not warbound, increase the rank to be useful, maybe hero tracked gear.

From what i understand the gear that drops from mobs are warbound but the gear you can get with tokens are only the toon played on. :frowning:

the gear that drops from the mobs and the quests are only veteran tracked. so purely worthless as you already get this from undercoins, and running M0 dungeons grants better than anyway.
