Are any of the classic servers originally released in 2019 go up to WOTLK?
Will the new released classic refresh servers only progress to BC?
The classic 2019 servers have progressed to Cataclysm. You can play on the Cata classic realms and do Wrath content, but most people will be working on Cata content.
We don’t know for sure if the new anniversary servers will progress to Wrath yet. So far, only the Burning Crusade has been confirmed.

We all know they are milking classic-Cata (maybe just to Wrath) a second time because a lot of people got turned off when Pandaria came out lol. I’m not really complaining though since I missed most of every rerelease so far due to life.
The cataclysm servers go up to cataclysm.
They have Wrath on them.
They are also going up to MoP
The new anniversary servers will be going up to Burning Crusade.
None of them stop at WOTLK.
