Hi - I just started a few days (!) ago, created a character on Moonguard and I wonder where I would go to search for good guilds for RP and if there generally is anything I should know? I know there’s addons that exist (that I found recently), but is there any more information I should be knowledgeable about for roleplay? For the record, I know how to roleplay and did do research into the race I chose before creating my character and gave him a backstory ahead of time.

Ignore most of the posts on this forum. Lately we’ve had, issues with people wanting to be… risque with people who don’t deserve or need it. Moving forward. If it is guild related, then look. If it is event related, look. We do cross-faction RP even! Tournament of Ages is coming soon!

Other than that. Stay OOC and figure out which District you like the most. All Districts have different characters, different styles of RP, different histories. Old Town is a bit rougher than the Mage Quarter. Dwarven District is about as calm as the Cathedral District is. We have people who use yell for GNEWs. Love them to death. You can turn off yell from right clicking on your general tab and selecting “settings” this can also turn off “HAIL CHAMPION WE NOTICE YOU HAVE A STAFF LET US SCREW UP EVERYONE’S RP!”
