As title says im kinda new to the spec and wanna do mythic dungeons. Now i seen somewhere that “life giver flame” is a must have to be spec’d in. Is this a mandatory
Brother there are entire guides written on this, trust me when I say you will get less than reliable information on this forum.
Just go check the wowhead guide and read through the talents section.
I would also recommend some YouTube guides which can be helpful for rotations and combinations - I find Bowser the Healer useful as a new preservation myself.

Considering dungeons mythic 0 don’t even need 5 people, I’m sure doing nothing will be just fine.
On that note, any talents or none at all is just as good because nothing you do matters.
Far from mandatory.
