is there a way to shorten the CD to Quell? Having at 40 seconds makes it really hard to interrupt stuff consistently especially in delves.
Yes, it’s a talent called Imposing Presence that reduces the cd to 20s.

There is a talent to shorten the cool down, but it costs self healing a little bit, unfortunately.
But also don’t forget that Dracthyr have a slight advantage because we also have Wing Buffet and Tail Swipe, which both cause enemy displacement. It doesn’t work on all enemies, but it can be a clutch AOE interrupt. Wing Buffet even has a talent to make the cool down shorter.
So remember, if you can’t yell at them to shut up, you can just slap them around to make them forget what they were doing.
Don’t listen to anyone telling you not to spec into the reduced cd.
The only time you won’t take the reduced interrupt CD is when fighting a raid boss where you won’t be interrupting anything. Dungeons, PvP, Delves, and sometimes even world content tends to work with the shortened CD.
