Honestly? Good. I acknowledge the problematic insertion of the Velfs into the lore, but they’re here to stay and there are cool concepts to explore.
More diversity is always welcome in RP! I love my human pals, but I got enough of those in my normie life, give me spooky voidussy elves.

Given those Second War flashbacks, might be a new surge of High Elf RP’ers.
If only a suitable staff that created specifically for the set was made.
There is one other, the drop from Xhul’horac, the Voidcore Greatstaff that works with the set although the staffs broken apart design leaves something desired.
I don’t count Aluneth’s alternative since the form is Arcane Mage based versus Void. And of course Xal’atath’s appearance (after finding your first Pillar) for the dagger works with the set naturally.
Good, we needed more Void Elves anyway ever since they had released the normal skin and without the tentacles.
( Still willing to buy more/Blood elf Hairstyles tho)
Absolutely. I hate that just about every male velf hairstyle either makes you look emo or disheveled. Which I get is on brand for what they are going for, but still.
Even if not in character creation, at least at the barber shop!
Now we just need a Moira Thaurissan animated short to get people inspired to RP Dark Irons!

I’m unsurprised.
It makes me want to get involved with all of the juicy void storylines for my main character, and I don’t/can’t even play WoW anymore. Alas. </3

I’ve been one of those Void Elfs for quite some time now. If we get a wave of players who want to seriously RP them I am all for it. There is so much character story to explore with learning to wield and control the void and its whispers if one wants.

As a huge fan of Lovecraft and cosmic horror and void and blah blah, I should be thrilled but so far I’m kinda bored 
I’m really kind of tired of the rehashed story of “we’re outlanders to a mysterious continent that was somehow only just re-discovered after a million years and now have to save a new ally that’s a reskin of another race from the big bad guy we accidentally set loose”
So it’s like, MOP, SL, BFA, DF all over again. I want core Azeroth next time. I can’t even get inspired about the void stuff because you could literally change the NPCs from stone dwarves to Pandaren or Dracthyr and it’s the same exact story again.
The whole expansion inspired me to make a velf warlock thats loyal to Xalath. And to start leveling on my dwarf shaman.
