Don’t think so. Aside from the timing being off, that’s exclusively from the store whereas the lunar year mounts are usually also given to people with 6-month subs for free.
Nah it’s not. That was just a random cat. The zodiac mounts are different things

I have never bought one, though back when I had a 6 month sub I got a couple.
Store mounts are unique. For people who must have every mount, they are going to buy it just to add to their number of mounts.

Since we’ve had 3-4 (Pig, Rat, Yun, another?) in a row, I would be surprised if they don’t. Plus its been awhile since that Phoenix mount that was tied to a 6 month sub
Because sometimes they appeal to me and I don’t have a weird aversion to store mounts.

The fact that is water Tiger, hopefully will play into it. But it seems they are all more or less made with a “good luck / golden” theme instead, so I don’t know.
Regardless, a tiger mount is a tiger mount.

What’s the saying? There’s a sucker born every minute?
Because that’s one more mount I can obsessively compulsively acquire.
On that topic I would love if they added a mount consisting of 2 gnomes wearing roller-skates and they hold my feet above their head. There needs to be a skating animation to go with it and when you jump your toon does a triple-lutz and the gnomes yell whheeeeeee!!!!
