Blizzard wanted to keep BM distracted long enough that we stop complaining about our AoE damage. The method is probably so simple that we are over thinking it, and will spend more energy on theories.

Heres how to do it, Special thanks to Paul on the Secerts discord!
Go to /way 29.06 36.21 on isle of dorn
You will notice its in deep water, go swim down and collect the hammer there.
Once you get teh hammer, hearth back to town and head to the dungeon. }
Enter follower dungeon, and drop down the tower once you have cleared the first boss.
Go to where hes flying around, Use the hammer you collcted.
He will be ready to tame.
YOU MUST BE BM SPEC!

Around coordinates 29.06 36.21 on Isle of Dorn, underwater, there is a lootable Void-scarred Stormhammer. Pick it up and run The Rookery up to the first boss (Kyrioss). From there, go down the hole in the middle and past Stormrider Vokmar, and up the stairs to the outside portion. Aradan will be to the left as you exit, flying around. Get somewhat close and use the hammer, causing Aradan to fly down and become neutral and tamable!
