They can beacon you well they spam 4000 holy shocks on the boss and you eat 4k heals none stop.

unless something changed I’m pretty sure there is no glimmer effect for holy shock, and beacon only heals when a heal is cast on a party/raid member. I don’t think you can heal the beacon off of using holy shock offensively.

I could be wrong though I haven’t messed with holy like at all in SoD, but I don’t think I am

but yeah holy shock resets while also having insane spell crit sounds busted lmao, especially with the 40 yard range. even if all that makes it through though, I truly highly doubt they’ll only let the damage reduction affect the baseline damage of holy shock.

With holy damage aura it would be closer to 4k damage well also healing his beacon target 4k per shock. The fact that this also can be done at 40 yards now is beyond insane. He could also have been attacking with a 2 hander with seals up well spaming 4K shocks

Still haven’t figured out that’s your counter class have you? Did you know both factions have hunters and that hunters are better?

You compare 2 abilities from 2 different classes under a microscope while ignoring every other feature those 2 classes have? Pure salty trolling. You look like you’re crying tears of hatred behind your posts. I bet you don’t even own a hyper radiant flame reflector or a fire protection potion yet you sit on here and cry about 1 class all day every thread.

You honestly shouldn’t care about shamans in pvp as a paladin because they are going to counter you regardless of what changes are made.

If you actually invested in killing shamans you’d probably win vs 80% of shamans as most players are casual andies.

If you believe the only healing class in pvp that can actually function without several teammates peeling consistently, that wears plate and shield, and has access to immunities and freedom, should hit instants on a short cooldown for a large % of a players hp while still being able to pump out respectable heals and dispels then you are horribly uninformed on how pvp should work in any mmo.

Anyway, if you’re going to draw a comparison it should be shockadin vs resto shaman
