We disc priests are specifically known for shields. But I feel other classes have better looking ones🤔 can we get some updated shields please? Lol

I can’t remember which class it is, but they have an actual bubble. Like a full sphere. I like the way that one looks.

We also have Holy fire vfx from vanilla.
We just need to accept the Devs don’t really care that much about the class

Like half of all priest particles are from 2009 and earlier, with a significant number of them just being from vanilla.
Even more recent particles are just reusing particles from 2007-2009, like Devouring Plague or Ultimate Penitence, which are just the T6 shoulder armor with a purple filter put on it and a bunch of Penance particles.
Smite looks incredible as well!
Let’s not forget Holy Word: Serenity having the same VFX as “Heal”
Or Prayer of Mending still having same animation (it’s actually worse than how it was in previous expansions they made it less bright)
Agree! I was a bit shocked to return after so long and realize that PWS still looks like that.
In fact, an awful lot of spells and animation effects look really outdated, even though there are already better ingame alternatives.
It seems as if they did just half of the spell list and forgot the other half, because some stuff really got a beautiful makeover.
