Dragonflight brought us several new models for all shapeshift forms, including two that drop off Tindral and Fyrakk:
- Feather of the Smoke Red Moon, which grants a flame-inspired moonkin form.
- Reins of Anu’relos, which grants a flame-inspired owl form.
There are two notable models used by many NPCs from Cataclysm that should be made available to druids who have acquired the following two mounts from Firelands:
- Pureblood Fire Hawk, which grants the fire hawk flight form.
- Flametalon of Alysrazor, which grants the flametalon travel form.
They gave us the fire cat form that drops off Fandral, so the potential is there for the others considering the models exist and are seen throughout the raid, and it would be great to have a Druid of the Flame option for all shapeshift forms.
Another shapeshift form idea is that of a Saberon, like those we saw in Warlords of Draenor (this was requested frequently at the time). I’m not sure how well they would function in combat as a cat form replacement, as cool as that may be, but it would be great to have them as a non-combat option similar to treant form, at the very least.
