What if Voidform went more all-out in terms of being a Diablo III Archon-style cooldown? i.e., replacing the basic abilities with more powerful versions…kinda like a caster version of the DH metamorphosis?
Talents, cooldowns, etc. that might feel a bit awkward, similar, or out of place right now could be rolled into it: Mind flay becomes Void Torrent, the damage, haste, and mobility buffs from S2M/PI can be baked into it, etc….could be glyphed to have the wings like Dark Archangel too.
Might be too much like the Legion/BfA Voidform (minus the race against the clock), and I can’t even imagine the tuning issues, but it would certainly make the class unique. Just a thought…
