Any chance for a new server any time soon? The current ones are ridden with mage carries and groups are hard to come by. TBH its just not fun when you can’t find any groups because no one is doing the content on your server.

Most likely time for fresh servers is when they release TBC Classic.

I had to work and missed the classic release by about 5 months. Now all the content is over ridden with mage carries. Rolled a tank because groups always needed a tank in LFG channel. Can’t get a group together for stocks or even BFD half the time. I know you don’t have to dungeons but who wants to play to 60 grinding quests all day. Guess I’ll jsut wait for BC to come out.

What server are you on? From what I can see judging by the forums and my personal experience, it’s more difficult to get groups on PvP servers. So that could be the problem.

I assume you mean “Pagle”, since “Page” is not a server. Pagle is the highest-population PVE server. Maybe high-pop is the problem.
Even so, you are exaggerating if you are claiming that ALL runs below 44 are carries. In my experience, carries are about 5% of LFG channel.
It took me 2 days to find a BFD run. Usually stocks is better, but it often does not work. i try again 4 hours later.
That’s perfectly normal. Expecting to usually get a full group for the dungeon you want is an extremely abnormal situation.
there’s runs. and there’s carries. grouping is fine on pagle.

Sounds like a leveling guild might be something you could benefit from finding.

Ya they prob wont be making new servers till after phase 6 drops, then the question becomes do new servers drop at phase 1 or at phase 6.
I would definitely re-roll my multiboxing group on a new server.

i am sure the biggest playerdrop of classic will be addressed with new servers opening.
pretty sure the biggest player drop of classic already happened… hard to lose more players after you already dropped over half of them.
Yeah. I noticed that too. Try Horde. I see more dungeons being run on that side
I have two 60s on Pagle and didn’t boost either one. There are a couple dead zones in classic as far as dungeons go, and you are going to have to quest. Also people aren’t super likely to do out of the way dungeons, but if you build your own group and everyone makes the journey then they are likely to go twice or more just to make the effort worth it. This applies to SFK, RFK, RFD, WC, and to some extent BFD.
It’s a lie that you can’t find a regular stocks group. Just ask in SW chat or stand outside the dungeon. Yes, it’s a common boosting dungeon for obvious convenience reasons.
Also if you run up the Scarlet Monastery and ask in general you will find regular non-boost groups. They aren’t always going to advertise in LFG because it’s more convenient to take a player that is already there in the zone. It is always easier to find a group as a heals or tank than as a dps.
There is a gap between SM lvls and ZF – quest and get through it. Then it’s smooth sailing from there, honestly. You don’t need a guild, you just need a little time and determination. If you are frustrated that you can’t be bothered to put the effort in and find a lowbie dungeon group on one of the most populous servers ever, then Classic might not be for you.
Seriously i have been trying to level Alliance - Heartseeker, and all that is happening is carries. I cant believe the amount of times a group has been almost formed and some 60 comes by offering a carry and now the previous hour spent trying to make a group is wasted. If it was not for enticing my friends to play also I would not of done a single dungeon and my Druid is about to be lvl 40.
Im on Alliance - Heartseeker and sadly this is the case. Heck they are even carrying people in ZG for levels… It is kind of a backward system because at the same time i dont blame the people doing carries for gold. They are also apart of the reason the server will not continue to grow.
I truly like this idea but for some reason I rarely or most times never see a guild recruiting 
New servers will do nothing to stop carries/boosting
