So would you be able to tell the difference in servers if every sever has layers? If CB has 3 layers in ashenvale and all of them are full, and CS has 10658123 layers in ashenvale and all of them are full, would you even be able to tell which one is higher pop?
No, you wouldn’t, because each layer has a limited number of people. 99% of people would say both servers are brimming with people. Blizzard has said that modern server hardware and optimizations means that current “classic” servers are magnitudes more populated than OG Vanilla, but layering makes it seem more or less normal.
The only difference between the two servers is how wpvp will play out. CS is going to be mostly just streamer mobs in wpvp, and CB is going to be grob-like wpvp.
