I’ve looked up and down across all WoW sites, and google, but I can’t find a thing on how to learn the two new runeforge options that are in the “unlearned” tab of the Runeforging spellbook. And the game itself certainly says nothing on how you learn them. Does anyone know how? Or will it just be something we get when Shadowlands drops?

Level 45 (max char)
Rune of Hysteria requires level 46.
That seems like a gross oversight. There’s nothing in the DK spellbook that says you get it at that level, either in the spellbook proper or in the runeforging tab.
Yeah that is odd.
45 is not the max, 50 is. Level up to 50 and you should have them all.
